I coach online worldwide—UK, US, wherever—same rigour as people who train with me in person. You get a programme for your goals, your kit, and your week, plus check-ins that keep you honest across time zones.
How it works
We agree to work together, then we go deep: training history, food, sleep, what your week actually looks like. Training is laid out so you know exactly what to do—progression, swaps when the gym is packed or you are at home.
Nutrition is whatever you will stick to—habits, meals, or macros—so Tuesday night when work runs late is covered, not just Monday morning motivation.
Online versus in person
In-person wins for hands-on cues—I train people at Next Level Gym, Preston (Next Level Gym on Google Maps). Online wins for flexibility: no postcode tie-in. Plenty of people mix both—sessions when they can get to Preston, online the rest. Read Preston PT or Lancashire.
Same standard either way: clear feedback, programme changes when life goes sideways, and check-ins that keep you on track.
Who it suits
Works well if you can train on your own, send proper check-ins (photos, numbers, training notes—whatever we agree), and you want support between sessions. Prefer hands-on coaching most weeks? In-person at Next Level Gym in Preston is an option—or we can blend. Say so on your application and we'll work out what fits.
What you can expect over time
Physique change needs consistency. Stay in the process and most people see real progress in the first few months—mirror, lifts, measurements. I'm upfront about timelines: the programmes I run reward people who stay consistent.
